Hi. Looking for a tidy female student to take over my lease as I will be needing to leave due to visa restrictions. It's a 2 bedroom flat and you'll be sharing with my flatmate Camryn. The bedroom comes with a vanity and ample storage space, with a large floor to ceiling closet, wardrobe, clothes rack, and further storage space under the bed. The flat includes a lovely private garden which can be seen from the room. The flat is fully furnished with all necessary amenities (bed, desk, washing machine, microwave, oven, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.). The living room/kitchen and bathroom are shared and kept very clean. The convenient location of the flat is great for students as it is right next to Meadows and Edinburgh Uni central campus is only 3 minutes away, and bus stops / groceries are nearby within walking distance.
