we are an all female flat on the top floor in Newington. Bus stop outside and only a 4 min walk to George square

one room has a skylight which gets a lot of light during the day even in winter. the other room faces the garden.

Both rooms have a desk, double bed with ottoman storage and a wardrobe.
communal kitchen with two sinks, two fridge freezers, and a dishwasher.
washing machine included with plenty space to dry clothes.

WIFI is £5.80 per month, bills vary from £20-40 depending on usage.
