1 bedroom available in a flat share in Newington

The room is south-facing and comes furnished with a double bed, large desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat itself is very large and on the top floor of a tenement block with a large shared living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also a shared garden for use by all the flats in our block.

All the bills come in at approx £105 per person, inclusive of council tax, utilities etc. I will need to double check with the management company if the deposit is still 1 month’s rent however, I believe it to be the case.

Current flat mates are 3 males in their late 20s/early 30s who enjoy sports, music and pub trips amongst other things. The flat environment is relaxed and due to the size of the flat does not feel crowded and hardly ever need to wait to use the kitchen or the bathrooms.
