Hey everyone! I'm moving out of my lovely room in a great flat on Montague Street, and we're looking for someone to take over from January 15 🏡
📍 Location: Newington – close to everything! Uni buildings, shops, cafes, buses – you name it.
The Room: Fully furnished – bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves etc. Everything in the photos stays, so you just need to bring yourself.
Flatmates: You'll be joining a friendly bunch (Callum, Caitlin, and Ryan) – one student, one young professional, and one recent grad – all in their early 20s. Super chill and easy to live with.
Rent: £655/month
Utilities: £18–£35/month depending on the season
Council Tax: £107/pp/month, split between non-students
Deposit: £550
** Those able to contribute to council tax are preferred!
📅 Move-In: January 15– we’d split rent and utilities 50/50 for January
Payments: Everything’s paid to one flatmate on the 1st of the month – rent, bills, except council tax, to another.
Tenancy: Managed by Southside Property
