Spacious double room available in Newington

Hello! I am sadly moving out of my lovely flat at the beginning on January and am looking for an easy going, respectful flatmate to replace me, preferably a woman in her 20s.

The flat is in an ideal location, walking distance (15 minutes) from the centre of Edinburgh, and a couple minutes from Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Lidl. It is also situated right between The Meadows and Arthur’s Seat so an easy walk to both.

Due to its central location the flat is in a great spot for public transport, with plenty of bus links running via Clerk street and Waverley station a 15 minute walk away.

You will be joining Lauren and Poppy who are both final year uni students as well as Abi a working professional all of who are incredibly friendly and great to watch a movie or have a pint with.

The bedroom is well and truly large enough for one. It includes a double bed, standalone wardrobe, built in cupboard, dresser/desk and bedside table. You also have a nice view of the garden.

The monthly rent is £675 with a £250 deposit on your first payment and the bills come out to around £45 p/m (including rent, energy, internet).

I am moving out on the 8th so the 9th would be a preferable move in date.
