The Room: Fully furnished – bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves etc. Everything in the photos stays, so you just need to bring yourself.
Flatmates: You'll be joining a friendly bunch (Ryan, Calum, another new tenant) – one student and one professional – all in their early 20s. Super chill and easy to live with.
Rent: £672/month
Utilities: £20–£35/month depending on the season
Council Tax: £107/pp/month, split between non-students
Deposit: £550
** Those able to contribute to council tax are preferred!
📅 Move-In: End of January/beginning of February
Payments: Everything’s paid to one flatmate on the 1st of the month – rent, bills, except council tax, to another.
Tenancy: Managed by Southside Property
