The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, two sets of drawers, plus additional items shown in the photos.

You’ll be sharing the flat with three others: a mix of students and professionals. Everyone is friendly, easygoing, and respectful of each other’s space.

The flat has a shared kitchen and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Please note there is no living room, but the bedroom is spacious and comfortable enough for relaxing.

Located just a 2-minute walk from the Meadows, ideal for walks, runs, or enjoying the outdoors—especially in the summer. St James Quarter is approximately a 30-minute walk away.

The flat is close to local shops and amenities, including Tesco, Lidl, a post office, bus stops, and pharmacies.
