Our flat has 6 rooms, two bathrooms, two fridge freezers, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. We also share a garden with our neighbours.
We are social friendly and tidy flat and are looking for similar flatmates. We are all students most of us undergrad in 3rd year and have 1 rooms available for £800 excluding bills and it is 13.8square meters fully furnished with a sofa included and drawers.
It’s a great location! 5 min away from campus on south clerk street and there’s a bus stop right outside. It is a 15min bus to kings and there is also a Sainsbury's right downstairs.
Smoking is not allowed indoors however the garden is available.
