6-8 weeks sublet in Newington / Southside

2 month sublet in a flat in Newington / Southside from 8th February until 5th March. The rent is £715 per month, bills included. All cooking amenities are provided.

Amazing location with bus stop right outside, supermarkets 1-5 minute walk away. 15 minutes walk to Edinburgh centre. Preferably a post-graduate student or a young professional!

You’ll be sharing with 4 other flatmates (female / non-binary) who are masters / PhD students. They’re all really friendly and chatty. Everyone hangs out in the living room every evening :)

Note: I’ve moved the furniture so the room feels more open but it’s meant that it’s more difficult to get into the desk. The furniture can be moved around so that you can easily access the desk (I can arrange the furniture if given enough notice)
