Double Room for Student Newington

Looking for a fun and chill student (as all other flatmates students, so exempt from council tax) to take over this room asap. You would have to sign new lease with other flatmates (who are all v lovely!) So after that is signed it’s up to you how long you stay/move out/get someone else in to replace you etc. It’s a lovely flat with living room and garden, right by summerhall and the medows! Really desperate to find someone!!
