Moving date flexible, however the room will be available from the 1st of April.

Bright double room in a cozy four person flat share, with a shared bathroom, communal kitchen/living room with a separate pantry, storage/laundry room and an additional small bathroom.
The flat has great wifi for partial WFH. The building has a nice communal garden area.

The room comes with a desk, chair, double bed, wardrobe, and a fun disco ball! 🪩 Windows are South facing so lots of sun!🌞
We have a separate storage room in the hallway for larger items.

💰Bills are £105pcm (includes council tax band D, wifi and gas/electric). Rent is £625 and deposit £600, overall monthy rental expenses are £739. Renting through a nice private landlord.

Located right next to Summer Hall and the Meadows! With great bus connections all around, multiple shops about 5-minutes away and lots of great cofee places/ restaurants.
Parking permit available by application.

About the flat:
I am sad to leave this lovely and bright flat, with great flatmates. You would be sharing with Kieran, Calum and Sophia. Three lovely young professionals all in their early/ mid 20s working in different fields.

We love to organise flat dinners every now and then and catch up with each other over cuppa or a pint! We keep communal areas clean and friends are always welcome. Everyone is pretty active, creative and all around lovely human beings✨

Preferrably lookign for a female flatmate to keep a balance! Queer friendly 🏳️‍🌈
No couples, and no pets and preferably someone long term.
