3 spacious rooms available in 4-bed, 2-bath flat

We have 3 large rooms coming available in a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom flat near causewayside, EH89PT. The total rent is 2250, but the splitting of costs between rooms is negotiable as they are not all the same size. Anyone is welcome, but if you are not a student please be aware that it is a band E property for council tax.

The existing tenant is a Ph. D. student in Biology and is very nice and tidy, and the photobomber in the pictures is my cat Dog, who is very cuddly :).

The third bedroom doesn't have images up yet, but bedroom 2 will come with a gaming computer, projector, and upright piano.
