Spacious Room Available in 4-Bed, 2-Bath Flat

We have a spacious room available in a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom flat near causewayside, EH89PT. The room is 725/month and bills are around 50/month. The room is available right away for a long-term let. Anyone is welcome, but please be aware if you are taking the long term room and are not a student that it is a band E property for council tax (but you will have I think a 25% discount because the rest of the tenants are students.)

The existing tenants are Ph. D. students in Biology, Chemistry, and Machine Learning. We are very nice, relaxed, and try to keep the common areas tidy. We also tend to be pretty busy. The photobomber in the pictures is my cat Dog, who is very cuddly :).
