I’ve moved out of my Domus UofE flat and am looking pass the tenancy over to another student and as a short term let!
The flat is really centrally located near to the Nicolson St big three (sainsbury, lidl, tesco). I share the flat with three others, two guys and one girl. It's a good sized bedroom and it’s only around £570 a month for rent, bills vary from month to month but is around £30-40.
I’m looking for anyone who can move in as soon as possible. The room is ready to move in to and it’s available until the end of May so perfect if you’re looking for a place you don’t to have pay for over the summer.
Since it’s a Domus flat you should be a University of Edinburgh student for a tenancy change. Otherwise if not, I’m willing to sub-let it with a deposit!
