Double room in spacious 2-bed flat

Hello! I’m looking for a young professional to take a lovely room in a spacious, bright, furnished flat Surgeons Hall starting May 1. The room is very spacious, has a king bed, and a gorgeous view of Arthur’s Seat! The location is about as central as you can get, in the same building as Surgeons Hall Museum, very close to the meadows, Bristo Square, and Edinburgh Law School. The room is 785£/month plus bills & council tax.

A fellow female flatmate preferred, someone clean, friendly, and a professional who can pitch in for council tax or grad student who is willing to pitch in on council tax. Would love to be pals as well as flatmates! If this sounds like you, shoot me a message. :)

A bit about me (your potential future flatmate) I’m 24 from the U. S. and graduated from UofE with a masters in comparative education and international development in November, and am now working in Edinburgh. I’m easygoing, sociable, I love drawing/painting, museums and galleries, music, cooking, and a good roadtrip. I also love hosting friends for dinner & boardgames from time to time and a good pub trip.
