Spare Room in Newington in 3 bed flat

Hi! We are looking for an additional flatmate for our 3 bed flat in Newington.

We are a house of 3 young female professionals so looking for another female professional who is clean, tidy and respectful.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other and the kitchen and dining room are shared spaces. The rent is £800 pcm and bills on top average from £150 depending on the time of year they increase a small bit but are split 3 ways.

We are sociable but also want a clean, tidy flat so have a preference for that and no couples, pets or smoking.
