Room in cosy friendly Newington flat

I’m sadly moving out of a lovely 4 person flat-share in Newington so a small double room will be available to rent in June (could move in the last weekend of May).

The flat is in a great location with easy bus connections to the Royal Infirmary and King’s Buildings. The remaining flatmates are female STEM PhD students in their mid 20’s. Their hobbies include reading, hiking, crafting and board games. We enjoy spending time together when our schedules allow so are looking for someone who’d fit the friendly and cosy vibe (jigsaws, pub quiz, walks on the beach).

Rent is £800 per month and bills are currently around £40 (excluding council tax as we’re all students). There is a minimum stay of 3 months and on-street parking is available via council permits.
