Room Available in Flat Newington

Hi!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 5-bedroom flat. I’ll be moving out so the room will be available from end of May/Beginning of June.

You’d be sharing the flat with four others (one woman and three men). Everyone’s super friendly, tidy, and easy to get along with. All of us are working professionals. We all get along really well — people mostly do their own thing, but we’re always up for a chat in the kitchen.

The flat has a shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and box room (living room), with plenty of storage throughout. There isn’t designated bike storage, but most people leave their bikes in the stairwell.

Location-wise, it’s great — right across from Sainsbury’s, a 3-minute walk from the Meadows, and about 15 minutes to the University of Edinburgh’s main campus. There’s also excellent bus access and loads of nearby cafes, pubs, and shops.

The room itself is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and shelving. It faces towards the street and has two large windows that allows plenty of sun in. back

Bills aren’t included in the rent, but they usually come to around £45–£50 per month (covering heating, electricity, and broadband). The property is Council Tax Band E, so you’d need to contribute towards that as well.
