The flat is in a great central location with excellent transport links, and is very energy efficient so bills are low. It is on the fourth floor. Rent is £725 per month. The property is in Council Tax Band B. I’m looking for someone kind, considerate, and easy-going to share with. I’d like to live with someone who is respectful of shared space and enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment. Ideally a student or young professional (around 23–30) at a similar life stage.
