Large, bright room near Arthur's Seat

I'm looking for a flatmate to take over my sunny, comfortable room in a shared flat that really feels like home. The room gets loads of natural light through big windows, especially in the morning, and has a really calm, cozy feel. It’s furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving, and lovely architectural details throughout.

The flat has a relaxed, easygoing vibe. The kitchen is a great size and doubles as a dining space, so it’s nice for cooking or having a glass of wine in the evening. It’s fully set up with everything you’d need, but there's plenty of storage for anything you bring along.

You’d be living with two friendly, considerate professionals. Everyone is happy to chat now and then, but also has their own thing going on, so it’s a good balance. The flat is within a short walking distance of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and several grocery stores, as well as the Meadows and the University of Edinburgh.
