I am currently looking for a young professional to take over my fully furnished room at the start of July (1st or onwards)

- bus stop right outside
- 2 minutes walk to Sainsbury's

- Nearby to lots of shops, cafes and the meadows

You would be moving in with my three current flatmates - Ryan, Michael and Thomasina who are all sociable and easy going.
They are 2 professionals and one student, all active, love game nights with friends and flatmates and all love a pint.

Deposit - £550
Rent - £750 (dependant on landlord increases)
WiFi - included in rent (strong WiFi)
Bills - pay as you go (roughly £20 in summer, £40 winter)
Council tax - £100
Contract - ideally long term (1 year minimum)
