Lovely Student Flat in Newington Area

Looking for a responsible, tidy flatmate to replace graduating flatmate in a three-person flat! Would be sharing with two men, but anyone is welcome — absolutely a queer friendly flat. We are hoping for a replacement by the end of June/start of July.

Our flat is located round the corner from central campus along Clerk Street, with incredible bus connections to any direction. We have an unbelievable view of Arthur’s Sear from our spacious, cozy living room, and our kitchen is similarly large and features a nice view. The room itself is also a lovely size.

We are looking for a long-term let, and viewings are possible throughout June. Rent is £620, with bills at £45 in higher demand winter months and lower through the summer and fall. Please get in touch if you’re interested!
