Masters Students looking for friendly flatmate!

Lovely large double room going spare in our 4-bed flat from 1st September! We're 3 master’s students at The University of Edinburgh, aged 24-23 looking for a friendly, easy-going master’s student to join us.

We're an active bunch, into football, the gym, hiking, and always up for a good night out. If you're sociable but also don't mind a chilled night in now and then, you'll fit right in. The flat's got a great central location, minutes from the Meadows and the main library and an easy walk to other campus buildings. The flat's just off Nicholson Street, so you've got loads of supermarkets and amenities nearby properly convenient for day-to-day life.

Newington is one of the best areas in Edinburgh for having everything close to hand — cafes, restaurants, bars right on our doorstep, and it’s a very friendly student area. At £675 a month, it's an absolute bargain for the location.

As the only current flatmate, I will be keeping my room, but the three others are up for grabs as the two other housemates haven’t decided which rooms to take. All rooms are large double rooms, fully furnished with great natural light and plenty of storage. The house has a large sociable living room, great for having our mates over and generally hanging out in the flat!
