Spacious Garden-Facing Room in Newington

We have a large, garden-facing room available in our spacious three-bedroom flat in Newington, Edinburgh. The room comes with a desk and bookshelf, among other amenities, , and overlooks our shared garden – perfect if you’d like a quiet, study-friendly space. The living room also gets really nice light which unfortunately we've not been able to capture in the photos due to a grey Edinburgh day :(

We are two (very lovely, if we may say so ourselves) 23 year old female students at the University of Edinburgh. I study Economics and Politics, and my flatmate is a medic. Hence ideally we would be looking for a female student - but of course open to professionals if they are happy to cover council tax :)
