Hi there, myself and my flatmate are looking for 2 people to move into our Newington flat with us in September. We are both students at Edinburgh and are ideally looking for two undergraduate students to join us.

Our flat in Newington, is a 5 minute walk from the shops and 15mins from George square as well as being central for public transport services. We are a 4 bed double upper flat with 2 bathrooms with showers and a kitchen/living room. We are looking to fill the two bedrooms pictured, with the smaller of the two also having access to the upstairs study with a desk and extra storage. The flat also comes with a parking permit.
