Hello all! Our flat has reached the end of era with 3 us moving on to our next stages in life with two of us moving into our own place and the other moving abroad for work.

Our dear flatmate will be staying at the flat so we are looking for 3 replacements between 24-30 years old to move into our charming 4-bed flat in Newington come mid/late September! (Please note: a UK based Guarantor is needed)

The flat is a 4 bed/1 bath with a shared living room, in-unit washer, pulley clothes drier, ample storage, and access to a communal garden.

Our flat is conveniently located directly next to a very well connected bus stop, across the street from a Sainsbury's, around the corner from The Meadows, and about a ~20 minute walk from the city centre!

(Council tax band E, bills not included totalling roughly £125 a month)

Eden is easy-going and partial to time spent alone working on various projects but also enjoys a good hang out! They work as a chef here in the city and are an graphic artist in their free-time with an incredible record collection.

We are looking for people who also like keeping shared spaces tidy who are willing to contribute to household chores completed on a weekly rota that are also working or a final year/postgraduate student willing to pay council tax.

This is a socially conscious flat and we intend to keep that spirit alive with our replacements as our flatmate would like to continue living with like-minded folks; lgbtq+ & neurodivergent friendly!
