Single room available in a six bed flat in Newington

We've got one single room becoming available in our six bed flat. The room comes fully furnished, pics don't do it justice.

We're a mixed bunch of professionals aged 29-39 who enjoy socialising and the odd party but generally run a pretty chill ship. Some of us are smokers but keep it to our private spaces. We recycle and clean with a rota system. We're all experienced flatsharers and looking for someone similarly comfortable living with others.

Unfortunately we don't have a living room but we've got a beautiful kitchen and huge shared garden with an apple tree that will be ready for picking in the coming months. The flat has two bathrooms and two showers so despite the number of flatmates there is rarely an issue with queuing for the bathroom or waiting to use the laundry. The flat is in an old tenement built to be warm in winter and cool in summer.

Room available from 3rd October but can be moved to the 1st if needed.

The room is rented under a joint tenancy from a private landlord, who is super chill and very responsive to repairs and whatnot. The landlord registration number is 08239/230/20240.

£605 for the room. Deposit £600.
