I work at the university and am almost always away at the weekends, but I’m very sociable, enjoy company and cooking and like people from all walks of life. Ideally you’d be a fairly friendly young professional but I’ve no problem with living alongside hermits and the like.

No problem with pets etc but I do like to keep the place reasonably tidy. It’s a very nice quiet flat and seemingly always quite nice and warm as the neighbours below have an air source heat pump.
