Hello all, looking for a suitable candidate to fill the last room of a new flat share starting at the end of this month after a last minute drop out. Please read below for more details.

The room is South West facing so it gets gets excellent light and warmth from the sun, it is also at the back of the building so it is away from the main road and very quiet.

The flat is a 4 bed/1 bath with a shared living room, in-unit washer, pulley clothes drier, ample storage, and access to a communal garden.

Conveniently located directly next to a very well connected bus stop, across the street from a Sainsbury's, around the corner from The Meadows, and only about a 20 minute walk from the city centre!

We are looking for people who also like keeping shared spaces tidy who are willing to contribute to household chores completed on a weekly rota, this is a socially conscious flat and so we are looking to live with a like-minded person; lgbtq+ & neurodivergent friendly.

As flatmates we of course all have our separate lives but will want to keep things friendly in the shared space and hang out from time to time.
Ideally you will be in the same boat, and all going well - not be looking to move on too quickly.

(Council tax band E, with bills not included totalling roughly an additional £120 each per month)
