The apartment is located centrally in Newington with many amenities nearby (Starbucks, Tesco, Lidl etc.) There is a huge shared living space and 1 bath/toilet which we will share.
I am 28 year old male finance professional working in the city.
I work long hours during most weekdays and prefer a flatmate who enjoys a quiet and peaceful environment. Master/PhD students are welcome to apply but there are council taxes applicable.
Preferred flatmate:

- Respects that the toilet/bath and kitchen should be thoroughly cleaned after use
- Someone who enjoys a quiet environment
- Vegetarian is ideal but not necessary
