Furnished double room near meadows £475pcm includes council tax, bills and broadband. Deposit £475. Short term let preferred. Available 14th Apr’. Since I own the flat, the new flat mate would have a lodger’s agreement and be a common law tenant.

I have one quite small double room available in a two bedroom ground floor flat on Buccleuch Terrace. There is a separate kitchen and sitting room. I bought the flat recently and am gradually doing it up.

I am a 33 old professional female working Monday to Friday. I am tidy, sociable and laidback. I have worked abroad, enjoy wine, travel and good conversation.
