Double room at ròsmaraidh cottage

Quaint little cottage in the village of Newtongrange, with direct links to Edinburgh and the Scottish borders by train and bus.

Female couple and their cat Muffins are seeking a house mate to rent our furnished double bedroom.

We live in a converted ex miners’ cottage, and the room for rent is upstairs. The occupier will have access to shared living spaces which include a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We also have a garden which is available to use.

We both live a chilled and quiet life, enjoying chilled nights, gym sessions and spending time outdoors. We are looking for a roommate who likes their own down time, are respectful and considering of noise levels.
We would ask the individual to maintain a level of cleanliness and ensure they clean up after themselves.
Vegetarian house mate desired.
Happy for house mate to work from home, however we would request they work in their own space for this.
