I have an all bills included, newly decorated room, available in the commuter village of Newtongrange, south side of Edinburgh. Close to transport links - Edinburgh/Borders train line, bus stop at end of street multiple bus routes, few minutes access to Edinburgh city bypass (sheriff hall junction).

I have one available room. The room is of double size with large triple wardrobe. this room shares a double shower room, there is also shared use of fully equipped, modern, spacious, dining kitchen and separate lounge with tv. All rooms have good free wifi availability.

The flat itself is on two levels, situated on a private sunny west facing terrace with magnificent views towards the pentlands. It shares a large patio area along with four other flats. Located In a quiet area but with easy access to a range of specialist shops and local amenities including library and leisure centre.

On the upper floor is a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom which is occupied by my son. He is a 22 year old professional, who is friendly and tidy. I do not reside in the property but work nearby and am on hand to respond to any repairs, issues or emergencies.
