Looking for a male flatmate. The house is located close to Royal Infirmary Hospital. The house has a ground floor with a wc, a living room, a kitchen and a back garden. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is 6 years old with a good local transportation and only 20 minutes by bus from Edinburgh's centre. I am a Greek hardworking man and looking for a quiet and very clean person. No parties are allowed or hosting more than one friend at the time. The price per month is 520£ with all the expenses included. Available from 17/09/2019 for short or long period. 300£ deposit required.
