The house is located near bus stops for buses: 4, 30, 2, 21, 48, 14 & 400. Supermarkets, GP, pharmacies, takeaways, and other shops (including the Fort Kinnaird) are within walking distance. Free parking spaces available in front of the house.

The room has a single bed, closet, small chest of drawers and TV on the wall (table, chair and bookshelf can also be added to the room if needed). The room is south facing so it has plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine and tumbler drier. There is also a small rear garden and bbq available. The house has a full bathroom with shower over the bath, and a separate toilet room (with toilet and sink), both are shared.

The rent is £580 per calendar month, and includes bills (council tax, gas, electricity, fibre broadband and Netflix). £500 deposit is required. Available from 1st January 2026 (an earlier move in date might be possible)

I am 43 yo, originally from South America, and work in accounting (hybrid working). The other housemate is 30 yo, originally from Bulgaria and a gas engineer.
