Cutlery and crockery available in the kitchen for day to day use.

For hygiene purposes, pillows, duvet and bed sheets will not be included, however these can be bought for £50 if you would like to keep them. Otherwise you are allowed to bring your own.

Edinburgh University King's Building is a 17 minute drive or Approx. 35 minutes by bus.
Queen Margret University is 10 minutes Drive
Fort Kinnaird shopping center is a 15 minutes walk, where you can find M&S, McDonald, KFC, Burger king, Pizza Express, Pizza hut, Chaiiwala, Boots Pharmacy, Odean Cinema, Pure Gym, sports direct and lots of other places of interest.

Portobello beach is 13 minutes drive
Edinburgh City Centre is a 30 minutes drive or 30 number bus available every 10 minutes and take approximately 35 Minutes to city centre.

Parking available for 2 cars outside the house, however there is no parking restrictions in the estate with large number of parking spaces.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It is allowed in the garden area though.
Not suitable for parties.
Minimum Tenancy 6 months.
Deposit is equivalent to one month rent.
