Hi, I am a 39 year old professional female and work shifts. I live alone in a two bedroom end terraced house with front and rear gardens and I am looking to let a furnished double bedroom for £120 a week, payable in advance and a £400 deposit to secure. Your deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy agreement provided there is no damage. All bills included, you would just need to buy your own food. All I ask is that you tidy up after yourself.

You would be living with me with shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a utility room with washing machine available for you to use and you would have access to WiFi, Netflix and Prime. There is also on street parking available.

There are bus stops and a Tesco located nearby and are about a two minute walk away. There is also a leisure centre and library in Penicuik.

The Bush and Straiton retail park are a short distance away,
