Large double room in cosy home

Large double room in a cosy house in Penicuik (30 mins drive from Edinburgh). £625/month, or £300/week for short stays. Shared livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and wildlife garden. All bills included in the rent (council tax D, broadband, gas, electricity). The room is fully furnished with an EU kingsize bed, bedside table, a double wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and 2 built in wardrobes. We're a friendly, quiet home formed of me, a 41 year old professional; a gangly whippet and his best pal, the cat. We're looking for a lovely, outdoorsy housemate who is comfortable with pets, enjoys their own space. We're not a party house. We want you to make yourself at home, use and enjoy the shared spaces and you're very welcome to have friends and family over. Pets welcome if they get along with my furry boys. Nerds, bookworms, puzzlers, and LGBTQIA+ folks very welcome. We're 20 mins away from the Pentlands, and lots of other great walks.
