I'm Mark, a working professional in financial services, and I'm looking for a friendly new housemate to join my relaxed, sociable home in Penicuik.

The house is a lovely period property with plenty of space - two living areas plus a big kitchen, so there's always somewhere comfortable to relax. There are two rooms available so until one gets taken you are welcome to choose which you would prefer.

The Rooms & House:
• Room 1 is £810 per month including all bills, council tax, and fast broadband - fixed for 6-12 months depending on your preference.
• Room 2 is £790 per month including all bills, council tax, and fast broadband - fixed for 6-12 months depending on your preference.
• Available from 15th March (flexible start date possible).
• Spacious shared areas, large garden with seating and BBQ, plus a garage for bikes/storage.
• Off-street parking nearby and a bus stop right outside with direct routes to Edinburgh.

You'll need to be comfortable living with a friendly dog - my 2-year-old White Swiss Shepherd. There's no expectation to help with him (unless you'd like to). I'm open to someone who already has a well-behaved dog too.

I'm looking for a working professional who's tidy, considerate and sociable. It's nice to chat or share a meal sometimes, but of course personal space is respected too. The garden's great if you enjoy being outdoors or doing a bit of gardening, and there are fantastic walks nearby in Penicuik Estate.
