Nearby woodland walks in the Penicuik Estate and hikes available in the Pentland hills. Also close by are the scenic historic towns of Roslin and Peebles.

Monthly rent £620, plus 3 hours a week contribution to the garden, bills included (council tax, heating, and internet). Opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects from a timber frame build to growing veg and from orchard nursery care to chopping wood.
