I have a double room (4.17m x 2.69m) to rent out in the Cornbank area of Penicuik from the end of November. It comes complete with house bunnies who live upstairs and roam the landing area looking for treats and head rubs.

It’s close to Easter Bush and buses run regularly to Edinburgh. The N37 stops nearby.

Broadband, council tax, gas and electricity are included.

We’d be sharing the kitchen, dining room/office, living room and bathroom. I also have front and back gardens and a garage with tumble drier.

Penicuik Estate and the Penland hills are close by as it the Penicuik-Dalkeith walkway.
