Singe Room in Penicuik (EH26)

We are two flatmates in search of someone to join us in September!!

We are two 20 year old girls studying at Edinburgh, coming from a long way away in Glasgow. We are friends who love our quiet and relaxed time in the morning, and also enjoy coming together at dinner time to chat about our days. We'd love to welcome another social and respectful girl to our humble abode.

The flat has its own private parking with lovely and considerate neighbours. Located on a main road, there is a bus stop right across the street, with a 5-minute bus commute to Easterbush Campus, and a 30-minute commute into Edinburgh city centre. Tesco is just a 10-minute walk down the road, or you can walk an extra 10 minutes into Penicuik town centre, where there is a Lidl. We also have our own garden, as well as a large field and woods right behind the flat with a trail for your own leisure.

The room includes a single bed, a wardrobe, and a built-in bookshelf, with a window that looks over the steam that runs nearby. We also have plenty of space to study out in the living room and kitchen!
