Housemate/film buddy wanted

I’m looking for a non-smoking male/female housemate for the room that I have to let in my 3-bed terraced house in Penicuik. It comes with a single bed, wardrobe, TV, Freeview and excellent storage space.

The house itself has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. There’s also a conservatory and a reasonable-sized back garden. The house is situated near the middle of Penicuik, so is close to all the local amenities you might need. There is also pretty good parking outside should you be a driver. Finally the broadband is pretty decent.

Edinburgh is a short bus-ride away, and there are plenty of buses to and from the town on a daily basis.

Please be aware, though, that I have pets, so if you don’t like cats and can't handle being in a house with a couple of royal pythons (yes, really!), then this won’t be the room you’re looking for.

£325per month, all bills/tax inclusive. Room is available from the start of March but can be viewed throughout February.
