Our residential neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful. Edinburgh is within easy reach via frequent bus services, as are border towns to the south. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk. It's only 4 miles to Edinburgh city bypass. The Pentland Hills National Park is within walking distance, and there are walking/cycling trails nearby. Penicuik has many amenities, including a library, swimming pool, sports centre, a regular market and many community activities.
