Fully furnished spacious room

Hi we have a bright and spacious room to rent in 2bed flat, just 2mins walk from the beach and 5mins to the Aldi/great area full of pubs and shops. good communication via bus/20mins to city centre. fully furnished flat-well fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and separated toilet. on top of that we have a great back garden and nice neighbors. I m 30yrs old female and I own the dog who also stay in the flat. I share the flat with 26yrs Connor! We both grown up professionals-easy going tho :) we respect each other space(no part animals please :)
