Room to rent in Portobello

I am a fourth year PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. I am looking for a woman flatmate (preferably a masters or PhD student) to share a two bed-roomed flat located on Portobello High Street, Edinburgh. Its a small nice flat with a shared kitchen cum sitting room and bathroom. The rent per month is around 340 pounds (including bills). Buses go from right outside and it takes about 30 mins by bus to go to the city centre. There are shops nearby and the beach is across the road. I am looking for a quiet and clean person.
