Quiet 2 Bedroom New Build Duplex In Portobello

Hello! I moved in to a new build duplex 2 bedroom flat in Portobello in 2019. I'm looking for a flatmate/lodger to move into the second bedroom for £650 pcm all bills Inc virgin media fibre wifi and fortnightly cleaner. The bathroom is shared and includes a bath. The room is fully furnished. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a shared garden to the back of the property. There's a bus stop at the end of the road and it's 19mins to prince's Street including night bus services. Aldi very close by and the gym/beachfront is a short 5min walk away.

I'll be a live in landlord. I'm a 28yo junior doctor working across Lothian and the Borders. I enjoy rugby, hiking and comedy. Happy to watch TV/films together or go for a walk but equally respect the need for privacy to decompress after work.
