The flat is a 10 minute walk from the sea in Portobello- it is spacious, over 2 levels, 2 bathrooms, awesome kitchen and living area. I have a small dog so must be dog friendly. The price per month is £650 including all bills, £450 deposit required for landlord. I am looking for a quiet, relaxed and friendly person to share this space with me.
