Double room in flat in a quiet area

The rent is at the low end of the usual range as I would prefer to let the room to somebody who is active in social action but mainly seek a congenial flatmate. There is a garden, washing machine and lots of storage space including a lock up for a bike. I live just by a golf course so the area is green and quiet. I read and listen to lots of music on headphones so the flst is a haven of quiet.

Please tell me about yourself if you reply. If you just reply with a request to see the room I will not respond. Sorry to tough about this but it amazing that in the past I have had such replies.

I am used to and welcome flatmates from other countries as I am quite a traveller myself. I have a background in social sciences with wide interests and like talking with people who have a similar mindset
