Flat to rent

Newly built well-appointed second floor (top) two bedroom flat. My room has an ensuite shower and my flatmate would have more or less sole use of the separate bathroom. There is free on street parking in the quiet cul-de-sac and we are a very short walk from both Portobello High Street and the promenade. The fully furnished flat has central heating and WiFi. I enjoy music, keep fit and socialising though it is definitely not a party flat. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy but enjoys a relaxed environment.
