My flat is only 1 min from the beach and 3 mins from shops and local transportation. This room is fully furnished with Double Bed Fitted Wardrobe This Property is very close to beach and Portobello High street so there is easy link into Town there is also Private Parking at Back of Property and on-street parking at times this could be very busy Rent includes All Utility Costs this is subject to change due to increased energy cost.
